P springs vs K springs handling characteristics

Overall when paired with FR adjustable struts and shocks which would handle better K springs of P Springs? Or would they handle near equally? Can't find anything on it, thanks for any help! I think the K springs may drop it a little too much but will consider getting them if they handle a good bit better
