Ok ok.

JBA 1 7/8 longtubes to a JBA 3 inch catted X to 3inch pypes mid muffler m80's to resonated tips.

I had the catted H on when I first installed it and it sounded very blatty above 3000rpm.

So I installed the catted X and its a night and day difference..

It has an amazing note. Very clean and crisp

At 8000rpm  its wicked. Im getting goosebumps as i type.

Cold start is alittle loud considering i start her up at 5am

Cruising it sounds beefy but stockish.

Just a touch of drone around 2000 rpm but very light.

Smooth part throttle acceleration it sounds very good

Once you snap the throttle wide open she screams

At wot its loud but not hear me from 5 miles away loud, more like 2 miles away haha

:dancenana:

So I can finally say the exhaust is done... sound clips coming this weekend

Now datalogging time for e85

I had an '04 GT with BBK ceramic shorties, SLP catted "X" pipe, and Flowmaster Super 40s. It was one of the sweetest sounding Mustangs I have ever heard. I know, that combo is magic on a Ford mill. The engine has a pissed off angry SCREAM at high RPM!

I have the JBA x pipe and JBA 3 inch exhaust with hi flow cats! I would have a very similar sound description! I am happy but I am really struggling whether or not to do headers. Is it really worth the expense and pain of install?
