What oil should i run? '95 Lightning

Its more of a personal preference, everybody has their own reason for using the oil they do. I personally use Mobil1.
Have you converted to roller lifters?
If not then you're still a flat tapper set up and a good concentration of ZDDP is important.
My motor is all stock. Based on my reading, Shell Rotella T6 has an optimal concentration Zn.
My truck seems to quite like the 5W40.
I've always just ran 10w-30 Valvoline in all mine (93,94, 2 95's). All mine have been fairly stock with just a few bolt on's
