Is it ok to use used boundary oil pump gears ?

As long as they're not tore up and the clearance in the housing is in spec I don't see an issue.

Honestly, the pitting on the gear would make me not want to use those. I'm guessing the engine they came out of didn't have a good ending.

In the coyote world a lot of people were/are using them. Never remember hearing anything bad. TSS was the go to in the early coyote days.

You want to use a feeler gauge to check if the clearance is good or not, even on brand new sets. I saw a post from Shaun at AED last week about this.
