Hey guys so I have a 03 cobra doing a turbo swap on it, so I pull the plugs and notice there is oil all over them first 2 cylinders was pretty bad and rear driver side. I am hoping its just the spark plug tubes inside the covers?? has anyone had this problem?

Was the oil on the ceramic or the electrode? If it was on the ceramic or the threads then it's the valve cover grommets.

Definitely the valve cover grommets. You'll have to pull the covers and install a new valve cover gasket kit. Unfortunately the drivers side valve cover removal requires the removal of the brake booster or unbolting the drivers side motor mount and tilting the engine towards the passenger side.
