What does it mean if you get oil in the passenger side exhaust manifold on an engine that has been out of the vehicle for a month and I just installed the manifolds and flipped the motor to install the oil pan? Is it bad rings or seals? Please let me know if this is serious. Thanks.

hmmm, well these cars are known for a bit of oil getting up into the intake via the PCV valve, it will cause it to blow blue smoke sometimes which means oil has made it to the exahust.

How much was it? like soaked?

Well it couldn't have been soaked because I had drained the oil before trying to install the oil pan. So it was just the oil that was already still stuck up in the heads. However I imagine if there were more oil that could have been going in the exhaust it probably would have been more soaked. I'm going to pull the manifold off today and try and see how bad it really is.
