My 2012 Boss LS has 5000 miles and developed a leak in the gasket where the oil filter adaptor assembly is bolted to the engine block. Even though it was repaired under the power train warranty, Ford engineering has to questioned on what they were thinking. I'm sure if it happened once, it will happen again. Screwing and unscrewing the oil filter to the bolt may be part of the problem. Engineering or bean counters? I would be interesting to find out who the culprit is.
