55k is alot but you could not build that car for 55k. Believe me I have been working on project 8 second stang for the past year the 55k mark is coming up fast. You just don't realize how much there is to building a real race car.

Just to let you all know, that's NOT what the car runs in the 1/4 mile! It is an 1/8 mile time, and a quarter mile time of the car judging by it's 1/8 would be mid to low 6s at around 200mph.

I saw that red mustang run a 4.8 at my local track a while back ago.

The damn thing made a drag bike look like chop liver. Amazing!

That car is Chris Dericks old mustang, one of the fastest 10in tire mustangs in the country when it was on the NMRA circuit and Fun Ford. Its a peice of mustang history. It was a high 7sec car
