I'm surprised Ma is way down on the list. I was at the beach a few weeks ago and it seemed everyone was so out of shape and needed to lose a few pounds, including myself.

Mountain states are all low on the list, I am thinking there must be a direct correlation between the obesity rate and the number of wafflehouses

36th. People are gross. Get off your fat ass. I find it absolutely amazing that 25% of the people in my state feel it's ok to be a disgusting slob.

The thing that you have to realize is that the BMI calculation that consideres people Obease is completely irrevelant because it doesn't take bone mass and muscle mass into consideration when doing this calculation.

I am considered obease... I am 6'2" 255 lbs... but most of my weight is muscle. I lift weights 6 times a week and do cardio 3-4 times in the morning each week. my body fat percentage is around 9% but yet I am still considered obease. They need to come up with a better way to measure obeasity because right now pretty much everyone in the NFL is obease.

By the BMI standards I would have to weigh 190 lbs to be considered normal weight... which is rediculous I would be skin and bones at that weight.

Bingo! You have to be comopletely retarded to use BMI with all the other methods at our disposal today. I stop listening when I here BMI being talked about.

That being said. NC is number 10 on the list. I am not really surprized by that.

+1 but after a shoulder surgery I do need to get back in shape.
