O2 sensor extensions to short

So I put a off-road bbk x pipe on my 2004 cobra vert. The stock rear o2 sensors were definitely 2 short and didn’t reach so I ordered the 18” o2 pig tail extensions. LMR suggested they would work. Well nkw even these are still to short ! Anyone else run into this issue? Here’s some pics of them not reaching.

Cut back (carefully!) some of that electrical tape wrapping and maybe you can move the blue connector closer. Then re-wrap it.
