Not sure if it works with the latest gum wrappers, but the old foil ones did the trick. Also found a few of those on one of my old projects, wrapped around the old glass fuses.
The "wife says it has to go" one usually goes with a car that the guy has listed for 3x what it's worth, with some really half assed pictures and seldom replies. That way when his wife complains he says "But honey, look! It's listed online! People just don't want to buy it..." Ran into more than a couple of those.
Also to add to it-
"Just needs a battery" = Rods kicked out the side. Bottom end is metal soup. That's why it won't crank.
"Just needs X part from Autozone. It's like $10." = It needs about $2600 in parts overnighted from Japan and $1500 in labor.
"I know what I've got." = I'm huffing paint and think this is worth its weight in gold.
"Need to sell this weekend." = No title, broken column/ignition. Totally not hot, AND/OR Car doesn't actually exist, you're going to wake up missing a kidney.
