I know a few guys that are all about these apple ails right now. I tried one and thought I would need an insulin shot. I'll stick with my home brews and craft beers, thank you very much. I have a feeling these guys also like Boone's Farm as well.

They are ok. Smith and Forge is pretty good I think, but if I have an apple ale its probably got fireball in it.

I went to a comedy club the other night with my wife, sister, and BIL. We got there a little early so my BIL and I went up to the bar to order some drinks. I ordered a Shiner and he ordered some kind of apple ale bullshit something. I turned to him and said "please tell me that's for my sister." He just kind of looked down. I said "You're not sitting with us." The bartender was fighting pretty hard to hold back his laughter.

When they started Selling Shiner in WV, was a good day. Heck, I even grab a 6 pack on Lone Star when I visit my in-laws in Frisco.
