I have spent 15 hours trying to flush oil out of coolant system (oil cooler failed) I got it FINALLY to the point of dirty war after 5 bottles Purple Power, 2 RP flush and 1 Peak flush. I stared at the car today ready for day 4 and had an idea and HAD to share this..make it a sticky moderators lol.

Material:

Bucket
Water
500GPH Rule bilge pump (Wallyworld)
2 pieces about 6" each PVC
Tygon tubing to length
Radiator flush or plain water
Wooden plug (I cut piece off end of a shovel) with hose clamp
2 hair smaller diameter hose that upper radiator hose, preferably 90 degree for one of them)

First, jack stand car high enough for bucket or Tupperware tub to slide under

Remove thermostat or you can leave it but with this method may take awhile to open, remove it.

Ok, unhook upper radiator hose at crossover, push your one hose smaller 90' one inside (no clamp needed) and point at the ground between rad. at crank pulley aiming for the Tupperware tub that will be under the car.

Take other hose, push onto crossover, stick in wooden plug and clamp.

Fill coolant reservoir and cap off and don't mess with it again.

Take one PVC pipe and tap into your crossover plug opening (think it's 1/2 " diameter, it will fit tight !!

Now in you tub, put a 2x4 in bottom and something to hold it down and put bilge pump on top of wood. Take other PVC, stick in the swivel of pump, then take tubing, stick inside PVC then run up and stick it in crossover PVC..it will all be watertight.

Pour in your radiator flush in tub and fill half way with water.

Run 12V clips to battery, hook up positive and have negative right there

Crank car, hook up clip and bilge pump will be pumping water into crossover as water is coming out the upper hose. I ran mine till temp hit 145. I shut off car and pump, added benefit is when you shut off car and pump, expansion will back flow trash from crossover into pump.

If needed, disconnect hose from crossover PVC, with car off, hook up pump and you can pump dirty water out of tub into bucket to dump to start fresh..just refill tub half way (you need to start this way because pump is strong and it will suck water before coming back strong thru upper radiator hose.

Presto, a neat, fairly non messy way to flush. When done, unhook everything, open thermostat cover to drain any remaining dirty water (which you have to do anyway to reinstall thermostat), reservoir tank will also drain...done, close up, refill tank with your 50/50 mix, cap, fill thu crossover and do your burp (of course you hooked upper hose back on the crossover. Hope this helps others in the future ...some pics
