First snow.
My deck looks similar to yours, just a bit smaller. I am, though, looking forward to the first snowfall. I love a light snowfall, just enough to cover the ground. Deeper snow isn't a huge deal as my Ariens snowblower can handle just about anything (in the front). The back doesn't really get touched. It has to melt on its own.

Not leaves, but we get some badass sunrises this time of year. Pic is way lighter than it appeared in person. Sky was almost Sonic Blue.
Beautiful sky there. I have the same issue here early morning sometimes. The sky will have beautiful and deep color, but my photos will be dimmed down, color wise.

Born and raised Brockton. Living in Naples.
Wow it has grown a lot. For ~10 years spent a LOT of time on Big Pine. Been on the 7 mile MANY times.....
We have been to Key West about 20 times but didn’t always drive. We flew in from Boston sometimes and took the Key West express some others.
Driving is my favorite way.

Probably 15 times to BPK, and we almost never went the same way. There would be 4 of us, and during school vacation weeks so airfare to KW was stupid. We would go into PBI, FLL or MIA, and make the drive. Always stopping at Islamorada fish company on the way down. Drive down was always great, the drive north, not so much....... Going down likely mid Feb, will prob take the ferry outta Marco, vs the 4 hour drive. We shall see.

Gonna be COLD this week. Our neighbors are giving us s**t about bringing the cold temps down with us
