So I also have a Truck which is my daily driver. I'm on the F150 forums as I am here. My signature apparently upset this guy or at least nerved him enough to give me a warning. I still think it's hilarious. I imagine some Mustang owners would get butt hurt over it but it's rather true and still rather funny. I call a spade a spade. I get along with the guy well enough...so not bashing him by any means. I doubt the FBI will be beating my door in anytime soon.

I've been told I am rude over and over lately. Sensitive people don't understand how to take critique or humor. Whiners.

Freedom of Speech offends many. They would gladly restrict yours while at the same time demanding theirs. AKA...Liberals.

Who are you calling whiners? You take that back right now! And while you're at it, apologize for the next offensive things you're going to post in the future! I demand it!

Funny thing, when I read that F-150 forum comment I took it the same way. As criticism from some dick wanting to hand out an online lecture. Read everyone's comments and agreed with them. Then I thought about it for a moment and re-read that guy's comment and came away with a completely different impression.

I now honestly think that the guy was trying to make a simple helpful suggestion to a fellow truck guy in case the other guy had not thought of a potential really big drag of a problem. We are constantly bombarded with the 'If you see something, say something' type of comments after every tragedy and nowadays people are actually on the lookout for anything that can be interpreted as an early warning. Imagine how big a drag it is if the feds break your door down at 3 AM, tear the house apart and take your computers to search them.

As a similar example, when my kids fly anywhere I always ask them if they have any pictures of reefer plants, etc on their phones. A bunch of tourists have been stopped at the border traveling from BC into Washington state and been detained, searched and turned back for simple pictures of plants that are legal in both BC and Washington. They are told that the pics are not good at the federal jurisdiction of the 50 yard strip that is customs and immigration at the border. Holiday ruined, time wasted, etc. So when I tell them this I'm not trying to pass judgement, just hoping to make their lives less troublesome.

I think this guy was only trying to do the same thing with OP. He used no judgemental slurs or insulting names and ended it with 'just saying'. He was probably only trying to keep a fellow member out of unnecessary trouble caused by some wiener who spotted the graphic and didn't understand it.

So I should get rid of my porn. Dammit.
