No Reason to Buy Recaros - Pick Up Some TMI Viper Race Seats

Some of you probably know that I'm not a huge fan of the Recaro seats in the S550. I feel they are a step down in 'sportiness' from the Recaros found in the S197 Mustangs. Well TMI has come up with a much better option. They have a carbon fiber back and only weigh 32 lbs. MSRP will range between $1,800 and $3,000 depending on the options chosen. Check out the new TMI Viper Race Seats:

The s550 has air bags in the side of the roof. Pretty sure nothing in the seat.

I like the TMI seats, but I'd rather have a set without the pointed base.

Sid - What is your opinion about the GT350R Recaro seats you mentioned in another thread when compared to the TMI seats?

I sat in them at SEMA. They are awesome. I have the factory Recaros, which I really like, but these are far superior. They are on my mod list for 2016.
