No Bluetooth and USB on my Sync Nav

Hi guys,

I think I made a topic about this before but I can't find it anymore. So I make a new one.

I don't have Bluetooth and USB avaible anymore on my Sync Nav system from My 2012 Shelby gt500.

Only CD and Radio works.

I have tried disconnected battery and took out some fuses on passenger side and still no fix.

Please I really need at least get Bluetooth to working.

I show a video of my problem. I can not master reset it either, because there is no option as you can see in the video.

Master Re-Set

1. On your phone, choose Bluetooth from the Settings menu, then select SYNC and delete it. 48
   
   
2. On the SYNC screen, press the Phone button. The SYNC screen will display either:
   • Connecting
   • No phone paired or connected
3. Press the Arrows or Seek buttons until Return displays on the screen.
   Press OK.
   
   
4. Press the Arrows or Seek buttons until Advanced displays on the screen.
   Press OK.
   
   
5. Press the Arrows or Seek buttons until Master Reset displays on the screen.
   
   Press OK.
   
   
6. A Confirmation message displays on the screen.
   Press OK.
   
   
7. After completing a master reset you will need to pair your phone to SYNC.

I have deleted Sync from my phone long time ago.

If you watch my video you can see that I can not perform a master reset , because there are no options after I press Advanced Settings. It's empty.

So I don't know if there is other way to master reset my Sync

Try this, a hard re-set.
1. Pull the Sync fuse. It's #3, a 15a. (Check the fuse and be sure it's good).
2. Leave the fuse out for 20 minutes.
3. Re-install fuse.

Haha yes i live in Sweden

It's the number 3 fuse in passenger side I should pull out or you mean number 15?

And should I do it with the engin running or engine off?

I have the latest update 4,6 already and I can not update my Sync again with the same update or a previous version because I have lost access to USB also

Edit: I just checked sync update on the website and it says that i have version 4.0.2 updated aug 30 , 2011.
That's really weird, I am pretty sure it did say that I had 4,6 before on he website

I just checked my version on the Ford website and it listed a 2015 install (DR3T-14D544-AD) and not the one I have now (DL3T-14D544-AG). There seems to be a problem with the website.

Didn't work unfortunately

I also tried with key on position fuse out, key off position and wait 10 min reinstall fuse again. Still didn't work

Haha i am actually thinking to trade it maybe this year, because I hate it being manual sometimes. If it was auto I would have it my whole life. Mustang have always been my dream car

I found Tesla Android unit that does fit to my car, but it has only 2gb ram. It is slow and not responsive.

So I would rather still have the original Nav

The Nav does not work here in Sweden, no GPS maps for Sweden either.

Radio works great , also the CD player works
