NO 03' Cobra content, need advice with jeep

My 91 Jeep Cherokee keeps on getting oil SOAKED into the air filter. Could this be from the tube going from the valve cover to the intake "tube"? I just thought id post it here since yall are my "dudes" :beer: thanks in advance for any input and sorry for no content
