New wheels!

A while back I had posted about what wheels to get and I finally decided on these...

Just picked her up for an older sister to the 98 and she is going to become my summer dd. 50kmiles and almost bone stock...

I will post more pics tomorrow after I get her off the trailer...

They are but those are going away. I have one stock tail light, I just need to get another one...

Curious as to shy you bought another cobra when you have said multiple times that your considering selling the current cobra since you never drive it..

I bought this to use as my dd to replace my failing mark viii. The 98 isn't a very good dd because I drive mostly highway and the 4.30s rev pretty high. In the end I doubt I will ever get rid of the car since my dad and I have so much time in it. The 96 is bone stock except the taillights. It is much quieter at highway speeds plus this is my favorite style cobra. This also made more sense financially then buying what I wanted when I mentioned selling the 98. (a boss)

Do yourself a favor brother and put the best wax you can on that paint before it goes bad.

It also degrades in the sun due to the uv rays so cover it too....

Ok I got ya, Personally I would swap the rears between the two and daily the red cobra. I would just be paranoid about people hitting or dinging it with the mystic paint. Plus is has low miles. I don't know the shape or mileage of the red car but I would be less worried driving that color daily. I'm a nut with my car its chrome yellow and I call it the asshole magnet. No matter where I go it seems to attract people, they just want to get near it. I don't drive my car to any stored or anything, only car shows, cruises , in laws house. Ect . I can't leave it in a lot somewhere for some j.o to scratch it or hit it with their door

I am keeping the car stock until it's retired from dd duty. Driving it back and forth to work doesn't bother me, I park beside a vette and another slew of mustangs. And i bought the car to drive it. I really don't care about mileage because im hoping i can keep the mystic and build my mark viii engine with a nice supercharger to sink in it when it's finally reuters (probably 4-6 years) When I drive the red one out I make sure to park on an end parking space so I can get as close to the curb as possible. The red one is freaking clean. It has 102k miles but the underside is cleaner than the mystic and the mystic is pretty clean. The mystic has some scratches on the bumper that are worse than the laser. The first mods will be a short throw and knob to match the 98 and I will probably do an envoy fog lights and then put hids in it. The first thing my dad said we need to change is rewire the tails so all three bars light up for brake and turn (I'm not a fan of sequentials on the car). Thanks for all the compliments guys, I'll take some more pics later after I get it unloaded and hopefully the rain holds off until I can get the 98 cleaned up for some pics of both.
