Smart choice!!! I'm in the process of putting the GP4X on the Hyper at the moment. Still a little bit away. Once I get them done and commissioned, I'll let you know my thoughts between the two. I always felt the Hyper lacked hyper brakes. PRetty sure I've solved that. I went back-and-forth on the BST's for the Hyper. Ultimately just went with the OZ forged/machines RS-As. Beautiful rim and very very light. Plus I'm a sucker for gold rims on a Ducati. Yeah, but back then we didn't have the electronics these new fandangled kids have today. Without those riders aids these bikes would be utterly useless. Dude, this was the exact thought before I went after the Duc. I wanted to build a high end Busa. That is an awesome fricking bike. Congrats. Yeah, seat height is a challenge on these. My wife, 5' 7", can do it. She does the ol' slide the ass of the seat method. I'm still nervous as hell with her doing it though. A small drop on that would be costly. lol But it's such a naughty bike. It makes me do bad things. Yeah, add-on. Retails for $8200. Plus 10 hours of labor to install. I've done lots of exhaust installs on bikes before. I watched a youtube vid of the process to install a full exhaust on the V4... Uhhh, hell no. And twice on Sunday. I'll gladly pay a trained professional for this torture. You nearly have to split the bike in half to get that shit on. We shall see. I'm, technically, supposed to be beyond the age of caring about that sort of stuff. But somehow I am defective.
