new shift knob...

i just installed a new shift knob from grabber pony. it is sterling gray w/ grabber blue inlay. i had to cut the adapter piece to make it fit right though... since i have the 401a interior package with the chrome ring on the shifter boot, the knob was sitting way too high. i cut it down about 1/2" and it fits pretty good now. here are a few pics...

i have the 401A interior, and i liked the factory billet knob. but that damn knob gets really cold, or really hot depending on the weather. that was very annoying...
