Well, I thought my Dad was set on a newer Shelby, but when he saw this listed for sale, he changed his mind.....he sold his 65 Cyclone, I sold my 89 notch, and we just picked it up this new ride on Saturday....very, very clean and pulls HARD....reminds me of my Redfire Terminator with the supercharger whine and lack of traction in gears 1-3....needs a set of drag radials, for sure...current mods are: smaller TVS blower pulley, Kooks long-tubes, Kooks x-pipe, and a custom tune.
The P51A is a very rare and hard-to-find Roush Mustang....fully forged 3v with a Roush TVS blower and Stage 3 suspension. I am impressed with how well the car handles and stops....after driving it for a couple hours yesterday with my Dad riding shotgun, I was not upset that I sold my Fox last week to help fund the purchase.....after med school, I am thinking of looking for a matching 2009 P51B....for now, I will enjoy this new purchase and try not to scare my Pops while cruising....
