Greg, how did you get those guages? I've been trying to find out how to get those, to no avail.
the Ford Dealer's my guess....
sweeeeeeeeet, throw some Bogart D10s on it with a GT500 front bumper.
And you think they would do it, right?
Nope. The couple I have talked to said they wouldn't put those in without a GT-500 vin#. Maybe they are just being lazy and don't want to deal with it, or me. I don't need the boost guage at all, for obvious reasons. I just want the MPH and RPM guages switched.
Call Steve @ Tousley Ford, he can get it for you.
This is going to be nuts.
Greg, you gotta get it running and leave it like that, stock wheels and everything, then go run for pinks a few times and you may come up on this project!
Thanks Nick! I have these wheels though :-D
So you left the motor completly stock for now?
Also, really, you should keep the v6 wheels.
Have the rears widen or something. It would appear to be a v6, yet it has a crazy/buitl drive train.
It will be stock for 20 mi. or so. Then the RR pulley and JLT intake will go on
Coming along great!
Will do, Greg. Thanks.
BTW, sick wheels.
She's coming along nicely Greg.
I like the wheels.
I have to admit though, I also love the idea of a set of widened v6 rims with the stock spinners on them.
Either way, it's gonna be a lot of fun.
When are you going to start her up!
I am hoping I start it this weekend. The drivetrain is complete now
I will finish running the trans stuff tomorrow.
Nice!! Whats the plan for the exhaust?
GT500 stock midpipe for now. Stock GT mufflers, one dumped and one going out the back.
