The kits are priced at $299.99 shipped for the upper and lower grille combo. However when an option was added to the site for the ecoboost model somehow pricing got screwed up. It's being fixed now and I'll reply once it's been corrected.

The design of the 10-12 grill does not allow for a delete modification to be done to the OEM grill. Technically, you could perform it, but it would not look similar at all as the GT's don't have the "bars" on the outside of the upper grill.
