I did a compression test last month, all cylinders were between 195-210 except #7 was only 120! New sleeved gen 3 longblock is being built as we speak.

Don't know why that "and 7.5 cylinders" made me laugh so hard, probably has something to do with one of my old Lightnings, I drove the piss out of it for several years with only 7 cylinders. Never would blow, made a pretty horrible racket though.

Lol wow. I’m just hoping this can last until fall, I’d rather do the swap in the winter so there’s no downtime.

What converter are u running?
Strong run on "7.5" cylinders! Keep us posted on your (next) winter engine swap.

Just keep in mind after 1100 whp u will need the billet version 252mm otherwise it will start slipping.
