On the stock clutch he advised under bigger power from mods &b high rpm shifts the stock clutch diaphragm could create a sticking issue but not on the stock set up as designed by Ford. Thanks to you guys I'd suspect it an easy mod to remove the spring. But lucky for me I've not had a sticking issue to date (McCleod RXT) and I do powershift at high rpms. Torn!
