I'm determined to get this high iat2 issue licked, once and for all...so I'm taking the shotgun approach. It's a cammed, e85, KB car and since the cams/e85 upgrades the iat2 have been way too high....like 160* on a 70* day and normal driving.

Has a RAI now, with a JLT hi boost in the garage ready to swap.
Brand new 3rd Gen Killer Chiller arrived on Monday(thanks Joe)
Ordered a low vac boost bypass from KB on Monday(car currently makes 8-12mmHg at idle)

Plus I have a RXT on the way to go with my new 26 spline input(bye bye 10 spline)
And I just bought a set of 99-01 taillights from a FB page last night for a killer price.

Can't wait to get everything on and see how it runs.

*yes the IC pump is working.

I took the car out Sunday to record some temps during normal driving.

40mph down the main rd, occasional red light -

This was early evening, low humidity & low 70's ambient temp.

Your IAT 1 seems high for such a cool day. IAT2 delta for the stock system is 40 over ambient cruising at 55 or 60.

Do you think moving the intake out of the engine bay will help bring iat1 down? I feel like that RAI is just sucking in hot air coming right off the engine.

No I meant how much did ya pay for the 99/01 tails. I paid a war pension for mine, but I was tired of waiting, took me 6 months to find a set.

Oh, thought you meant the CEL.

I got the lights for $275 + PP fees. Found them on a mustang FB page...come with the harness. I'm going to need to find the write up on how to wire these up to the sequential blinker.

I'm going to have to look into one of these.

Do it. I originally had a speedhut wideband gauge in my column pod and wanted to add a boost gauge, this meant I was going to need another option for mounting the gauge. I decided to go aeroforce and get both gauges in 1 and keep my column pod.
