I had installed the newest head and ford gasket..

it has 175k plus miles since install..

car has ran hot since this was put on..

now summer heat has been 100deg and car will overheat with ac on.

with no ac will run 220.

ive just started to look into to it today and started with removing tstat and running engine doing funnel from burb plug..

sadly bubbles started slow than got worse as engine heated with ac on..

I think im catching it before major issue but it makes it like pic a side..

Guess its time for a leakdown tester in my tool box..

I like to pinpoint issue before I just pull drivers head

Considering how long ago the install was done I doubt its a design or install issue.

Are you sure the bubbling isnt boiling? Id deg. get the exhaust gas detector like you mentioned.

Did you burp the system thoroughly before driving it? You can doom an engine with air pockets trapped in the head.

Are you sure it is the driver side.

Its a guess..however

I had issues on 4 and 9 thread head on just drivers side..now on 3rd..

it was the last thing touched...

I do also feel I might replace cooling fan for next test..

Being I can use car just not with ac..
