I like the garage door. Will be easier to move big items in and out of the classroom. Plus I think it would be cool to open it and do classwork. I used to love it when the teacher would take us outside to do our work. Just made it different and motivating to be honest. That glass door will stop bullets just as well as 2 layers of sheetrock....

Not to sound morbid, but did the architect ever think those garage door style walls are going to make things easy if (God forbid) an active shooter issue were to occur?

Ha! Looks like it, doesn't it? It does bring some extra light into the room though. My last room was like a cave. Hated it.
