by all means NO. what i am saying though, is that like the corvette, i believe that this year 911 (like the c6 corvette did) takes people's expectations and delievers them plus more. there is no way i would put the two cars on the same comparison, i'm just saying that they both have kind of in a way "redefined" the idea of a corvette and the idea of a 911. Last i knew, noone was complaining about the later model 911's lacking hp or torque etc. but porsche went and upped the bar anyways. 450+hp and tq. in a sofisticated AWD system like porsche's is amazing, and then allowing the driver to gain an extra 44lbs of torque at the press of a button is AMAZING. same with the c6 zo6, how many car's from the factory come out with over 500hp/tq that are within reasonable price range (sure dealers are marking them up, but for the majority anyone can own one). i'm just stating that these two cars are simply enginering master pieces for both companies. hope that clears things up.
