need help with rim/tires

well i have a 96gt and looking for new rim and tires. i wanted to go with weld prostars but i dont believe nittos go small enough for the front. so im kinda at a loss with what kinda rim i want to go with.
what size would i be able to get away with in the back and up front?
305/35/18
305/30/18
315/35/17
im not sure if i wanna go 18's or 17's yet. but would i have any issues with the back tires rubbing if i do go to 305's or so?

i was looking at the ccw's classic rims(depending on how much i can get them for), cobra r rims, anthricite fr500, and open to any others.

Nitto-555
BACK either 275/35zr-18 or the 285/35zr-18 for the back(whichever i can get away with, without them rubbing)
FRONT either 245/40zr-18 or 265/35vr-18 for the front(again which ever i can get away with.)
