I bought a set of 17x9.5" dark stars for the track and I'm trying to decide what size drag radial to buy. The car is mostly stock right now auto w/3:55 gear. 275/40/17 are listed as having 25.6" height and I'm wondering if that will hurt me as far as causing the car to shift into fourth and slow me down. 305/45/17 list a 28" and I feel like that's too much tire for a stock car. Thoughts..? What are you guys running..? Thanks
