Need help. rear end new noise

I starting hearing a new noise lately. First I was hearing it when turning slow and now I hear it when slowing down to a light as well. As you see in the video, all I have to do is pull up on the car slightly to make the noise. I'm not sure if this is a suspension issue or maybe the axle bearings? The rear is completely stock except for low profile upper bolts to clear the tires. Anyone have something like this happen.

I'm thinking suspension based on what you did in the video, but I could be wrong. Can you get it up on a lift? Or high enough to get under there with a helper to do what you did in the video?

I took this video last night from under the car. Today I was able to get a better look and noticed that the sway bar end links are shot. I don't know if these are the culprit and once the suspension was up in the air and not under the weight of the car, I could not replicate the noise.
