Need Help on gapping plugs?

My mods are in my sig.. I am about 75% done with the install on my pullie. I have to pick up a set of NGK TR6 plugs tomorrow. Can anyone tell me what to gap them at? I have heard all kinds of different responses when I ask people. I just need a good safe gap.. Thanks, Jon
