I just got my car out for the season, it's been sitting all winter, pretty much untouched. I took it out to a meet today, I got on it probably like a quarter to half throttle because of traffic and I noticed the shifts weren't as smooth, Infact they were jumpy/erratic. I do mostly city drivin so I turn my overdrive off. So, this instantly caught my attention, so I went down this side road to test it out more, and again, I have it the same amount of throttle and same result, first short shift, then an erratic/jumpy shift. I went home and checked the fluids and it seems find, nothing dark, the the indentations full of fluid. I can't figure out how something could go wrong over winter without been driven. But in any case, has anybody else experience this? I've never had trans issues before so I'm still learning what these indicators mean. It's also a built trans, I've been beating on it for 3-4 summers and haven't had an issue.
