Need help Coyote swapping my 2005 V6

ok like the title says, I'm finally getting to the point of coyote swapping my 2005 V6 mustang. Its got ac and cruise and I'm trying to keep these till they have to go. The swap is with the help of a complete 2011 GT wiring system and steering column and dash cluster. Has anyone else done a swap like this? I don;t even know if the cluster will actually fit but I plan making it fit. Can anyone suggest any shortcuts or any info doing any of this. Thx Transmission will be a GForce GF5R, We plan on doing a little grudge racing
