need help..03 focus zx5

[Lethal SVT97]

pictured below is leaking water(no anti-freeze at all). it is some kind of a drain... it is right against the firewall. the two hoses above I believe are the heater core hoses.

anyway.. I just need to know why its leaking. the car is running just fine..

Isn't it moisture from the condenser when the AC unit is "on"?

Yup, A/C condenser drain. Nothing to worry about.
