Need advice on first bolt-ons for '01 please

As I'm soon to join the Cobra ranks with an '01 I'm keen to get started with the bolt-ons...just as I did when I bought my '99 L.

After my initial research what I'm think of first is the following:

Chip- probably Diablosport (same as my L)
Intake kit- BBK
Long tube headers- the new Hooker ones
Throttlebody- BBK not sure of size?
Shifter- Pro 5.0
Gears- not sure whether to go any lower than 3.73 for the street?
Mass air- worth doing on the Cobra?
Suspension kit- K. Brown stage 2 package

How am I going here...any other worthwhile bolt-ons?

Also, can anyone estimate the HP gains with this combo?
