That sucks you're having such an issue. I brought my 17 platinum 3.5EB to my local dealer 2 weeks ago for a litany of issues... Let's just say for starters it's getting a new long block front differential rear differential and front axles, I made my warranty deadline with regards to time by four days... Which I was incredibly excited about. Truck has 35000+ miles on it so I was just under the mileage for the bumper to bumper warranty as well. I must say I've had nothing but good luck with my Ford trucks until now this being my fourth one. I bought it as a dealer demo had a huge discount in 2017 after my 2015 Lariat was totaled... I must have just got a truck that was either built on a Monday morning or Friday afternoon because it's had a ton of issues small and large... And my 2015 was essentially the same truck except it had a 6-speed versus the 10-speed and I had the Boost turned up the timing Advanced and running a 93 tune with 3 inch catless exhaust all the way back.... That truck ran 12.90s and I ran the balls off that thing as far as Towing and just driving aggressively and the only issue would ever had was the Leaky rear window which is common with the 15+ trucks. I'm very lucky in that a friend of mine from high school is the technician that always works on my truck at this local dealer so I know everything is done the utmost care. I'm sure he's a big reason everything was covered and approved so quickly. All Ford asked for was receipts for the oil and filters that I bought because I do my own oil changes.... I don't think that's unreasonable being that they're covering a long block removal and installation. Good luck with what's going on man.
