Need a tune after changing exhaust?

Plan on changing to 3" from 2.5" this year. Already have long tubes and 3" X pipe. Car is tuned by Bob Kurgan. Do I need a revision for the bigger cat back?

I switched from 2.5 to 3" cat back and was told by my tuner there was no need for any changes. Email Bob and see but I can't imagine anything needs to change.
