N.O.S. and good and can kits be adapted?

Ok I have a buddy selling a N.O.S. wet kit that came off a 99 Cobra. It has a 20lb bottle, all the lines, all the solenoids, and mounting brackets. Only thing it does not come with is the jets and adaption to the fuel rails.

Ok now for the questions:

1. Can parts be bought cheaply to adapt to a 03 Cobra?

2. Is a N.O.S. Wet Kit any good?

3. Is it dangerous to buy a use Nitrous kit?

4. He wants $100 for all. Is that a decent deal or will I come out screwed in the end?

5. Any other tips?

Thats a very good deal as the bottle alone is worth more then that even used. You can get the fuel rail adaptor and new jets for it all online at any place that sells NOS brand parts. They are also the first major nitrous company so yeah they are good.
