I have LT's and IMRC Deletes and I didn't lose low end at all. I spoke to Steeda and the key is in the tuning for the IMRC deletes. The biggest difference on mine was going from off road x to catted x. Right now I am at about 320 RWHP and 330RWTQ with my current mods.

I am still confused as hell about this "converter." How is it more fun to drive on the streets if its sluggish? Could you please explain it to me in greater detail.

you wont see mid 12's on street tires/11's on drag radials at steele... Atleast on a friday night, i dont know how it is on a sunday...
I'm just going by what ADAM AT ST MOTORSPORTS and GREG AT RET told me.
Funny, cause Greg dyno'd my car and we saw no low end loss from the deletes.
My N/A 08 Auto GT has gone a best of [email protected], 8.12@84 in the 1/8, and best 60' has been 1.74 with just bolt-on's and 4.10's. Im changing my N/A combo so ill see what my new times will be if I can make it to the track before the season ends.
i ran 12.95 on 292 rwhp..i dynoed that on 87...so on 91 i should be up acouple points...mods...intake,muffler delete and im tuned! what tune i dont now...when i bought the car they guy said it was chipped so yeah..i just got my pypes o/r x pipe and going to order some other shit..i want 11's on the bottle..:banana:

Like I said I asked about them on my local board and Greg and other people who tune cars said that they kill your low end tq. I trust people like Greg :shrug:
So, do I. That's why it surprises me he said that. We saw the Dyno. Maybe my car is different.

spring it will be in the 11's....i still had the factory 17" wheels on during the 12.13 pass, car has more in it

13.65 bone stock
13.25 with 93 Octane canned Predator tune and C&L Street Intake
12.95 + 17" BFG Drag Radials
12.85 + Steeda U/D Pullies
12.69 + JBA Longtube Headers and Catted H-Pipe
12.46 + FRPP 4.10 gears.
There was no retuning done just the canned 93 Octane tune that came from Diablosport for the intake.
I had installed the Steeda lowering springs and LCA's and UCA with no noticable difference in 1/4 mile times.
Delete plates were not installed since I was going with a Saleen blower.
