Mystichrome Touch-up Paint Thick-Can I Use Paint Thinner?

Hi, I have some Ford touch-up paint for my Mystichrome vert. I got it from the original owner who I bought the car from. I think it is quite old as it is thick. I would like to thin it out some. Can I use paint thinner? I would only use a little of course.

Any help is appreciated.
