Trackcross went EXCELLENT. Car was just flat on point the entire day. Get Fast Events held one of the best track events ive ever been to and there was so much track time. Only gripe of the day was my stupid fake go-pros started to act up on me. Car placed 22nd out of 90. 2nd in SF2 class behind a Scion Xa that is turbocharged to the moon, caged and running some flared fenders w/ wide meat. Its probably double the power of my car with aero and all. Very very very fast car with an extremely competent driver. Either way, i felt i did pretty well considering i have no camber adjustment, no added caster, 205's and spring/strut combo. GFE had two courses going simultaneously with one being timed runs and the other being practice runs. Ended up being delayed on the timed course in the morning by a wreck so didnt get any video of the runs besides the first scouting run. In total, due to the battery in the Faux-Pro, i only got 15ish runs on video while we had more than 40+ on both courses throughout the day. As i said before, ALOT of track time and almost hot lapping it on the practice course. Hood vents did great. Could see them bleeding heat just sitting there. No temps recorded during a run but car felt much cooler by touch and feeling the heat spewing out of the vents while waiting. Brakes did great also. Stock "S" pads with the Boomba ducting worked very well. No mushy pedal, no heat spots and no fade through the entire day. Here is one of the longer videos from Saturday. It has 2-3 laps of the longer Shenandoah practice course which included the "Karussel" turn which is my absolute favorite.
