So after reading the last part of this thread, one could conclude:

For a 90% street car revving to 7K RPM max, it really doesn’t matter how large your turbo(s) are if you have the proper converter. So really you should basically get the largest turbo(s) you can afford that will make the power you want. So for a twin set-up for example, you could get twin 76s or twin 78s (like Mihovetz has) and for a single, you could go with like a 101mm or 106mm--even though a single 78mm or 80mm will get you to 1000rwhp through an auto. So my point is, how do you size a turbo for an auto set-up if the proper converter will always make the car perfectly streetable and make it spool fast? It seems there must be a limit to the size before there would be some serious lag.

This surely doesn’t seem right to me but what do I know. I’m just a fellow hot rodder that is here to learn.

my car makes 1194rwhp and weighs 3330lbs... it has gone 182 on drag radials..

There's no doubt about your knowledge, performance or your tuning.:beer:

Figured the "other" guys car was going to have race weight over 3600lbs.

Screw it. I dont have the time due to my new career. First one with $25k gets it. Im losing big, but I just dont drive the car anymore nor do i have the interest I once did.
I probably have 25 in the turbos/engine.. not to mention the exterior with the saleen kit and the paint.. the drivetrain and suspension.. omg.. im taking a big hit on this one, gulp.

I just wanted to make sure everything was fine..Didnt have time to do the drivers side but the passenger side was all within 5% of each other.

Well Im not an expert nor a mechanic... But Ill check, I believe he did both..
Both sides came back, all within 5%..

Its probably going on ebay tonight.

Made 640rwhp@10psi and 805rwhp@15psi on 93 octane.. If I were to keep this car i would definitely put smaller turbos on it, but thats just me..

On friday I had the compression tested just to make sure all is well and they were all within a couple points of each other!!

Since I have gotten the car back I have probably put 200 miles on the car. I dont have the time for a hotrod because I am more focused on my career. I hate to sell it but I really need to let her go, to someone that can enjoy her.. My loss is your gain.. This is a great deal.

I'm talking to a guy that might buy it, if he doesnt there are two others waiting in line.

Hoping to sell the stang and a '10 chrysler 300 to get into a 07-09 z06 for my DD
