Thanks for the video, a Charger HC is till on my "Dad-mobile" list. *Slight OT* Always a good idea to check the pressures on your AC system if you think you are having issues, I rent a set of gauges from Autozone when I need to check things out on any of our cars. For all the cabin temp/KC talk, I monitored my temps the last few years both with/without the KC online. I had most of my AC system replaced several years back and currently am running EnviroSafe es12A. I found that vent temps rose a few degrees with the KC online while driving on the highway, this was negligible while moving as it went from ~mid 40's (KC offline) to ~upper 40's (KC online). On the highway everything is cool and comfortable with or without the KC. The real issue I have is that when in stop and go traffic the AC cant get enough airflow through the condenser (new, clean) with the radiator fan (running on high) to keep the cabin temps down and it heats up pretty quick. This happens with or without the KC online, maybe I have issues with my system but my pressures always checked out so I just chalk it up to my Cobra needing good airflow to keep the cabin cool. Also when my AC is running the AIT1 temps are >15 degrees hotter than without so Im sure that doesnt help either.
