My first mod will be a cat-back...suggestions??

I know everyone has their own opinion on this subject. I'm looking for:

Not to loud.....and as colse to the old large bore sound (deep) as possible.

Seriously considering JDM.

I'm putting on a Dynomax Ultraflo cat back system #19314 on Sunday. Its a 3" mandrel bent system with slash cut stainless tips and welded 3" ultra flo mufflers. I'll let you know about fit and sound.

I am also looking at their 3inch cat back. I would appreaciate any info about fit and finish as well as performance gains. Any body know where to get a good deal on a 3inch cat back? The best I could find was a mac for $380 new.
