Thanks for answering any of my questions I will answer yours 1.Not sure why this makes any determination. All manufacturers have an aftermarket division that sell and install parts that retains drive-line warranty. 2.Yes it's included but not installed. I see you ignore this. 3.Not sure why you think just because it exclusive that this helps your case. Yes it's included in a package, this has never been disputed. It being installed as stock is the issue. 4.Note 1. Again remind me how does this determine if it stock or not? "Is a brand new ATV aftermarket because it's not street legal?" Just because it's not street legal doesn't make it aftermarket. It's not street legal because it doesn't meet the safety/emissions requirements to be on the street. I don't make the rules and am not trying to twist them to make something fit. Aftermarket is just that its sold and installed after the sale of the vehicle. Dodge even says it's aftermarket. Facts are Facts Dodge says it's aftermarket Parts ain't installed until after the car is sold. Parts aren't street legal Dodge did this so they can sell the car with a VIN and get these performance/track parts to the customer. This is a brilliant idea and out of the box thinking. I tip my hat but that still doesn't change one is the showroom stock car w/o the crate parts and one is a non-stock car with the crate parts that runs at the track. I'm from the camp that show room stock includes tires and all. Drive it off the showroom, fill it up and run it. Once you start changing things all bets are off.
