They ran it in this suburban for 100,000 miles without a problem. I think you'd be safe to do so.

WOW that is a very interesting video... good shit! I don't think anyone should be worried about special fuel lines or coatings for their E85 conversions anymore.
yes that was cool i'm going to give it a try. i have 3 stations that sell it within a 1mile. the only probelm now is it's cost just as much as 87 octane. :fm:
ok i ran e-85 for 3 days in the saturn ran great alot more pick up idled great. but it goes fast i'm paying 3.50 a gal. its not worth it now being that high. but on non dd cars i say its worth it.
i mixed E85 in my 97 explorer once it came out to about E35 i used the same gas station ive been using for regular gas fill ups, and i got an extra 25 miles out of the tank, and the truck with 230k miles felt more alive.
it didnt really save me any $$ though, and im just nervous about running ethanol all the time with my older fuel lines..
