Your welcome bob450, I hope I've been helpful. You can use the chrome auto bezel, but you have to cut the chrome manual bezel off. You can do it by melting the small tabs holding it on. I'm also in the process of doing this. I have all my parts, just gotta get the time to do it. Here's what I've paid for all my parts. $2200 shipped ($1800 for parts and $400 for shipping) for the 6r80, crossmember, flexplate, coverter, spacer plate, inspection plate, shifter, shifter cable, chrome shifter bezel, trans cooler, cooler lines, and some hardware. I got these parts from duece212 (a very good seller, wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again). The rest of the parts I got from my local Ford dealer at a discounted rate. These prices include NC tax that I paid. The prices aren't as good as Tousley, but they are close after paying for shipping. $645 for the auto PCM part# BR3Z-12A650-AFH, this includes the $100 core charge. $216 for the battery cable part# BR3Z-14300-BB. This part# is for the cars built before 4/10. I know it sounds strange to buy a battery cable, but the trans harness is built into it. $56 for the brake pedal (premium model) part# DR3Z-2455-E and the "must replace" bushing part# 3M5Z-2L523-AA $65 for the leather shifter. Duece212's was a base model car so I wanted to upgrade to the leather handle. Still gotta get around $100 in trans fluid and get the new PCM programmed which should be free since I have a friend of a friend.
